Als ich hier und an anderen Stellen die Bewertungen des Shops gelesen hatte, habe ich erst einmal testweise einen billigen Artikel gekauft: Er kam innerhalb eines Tages an. Dann habe ich mich an das teure Produkt gewagt, das ich eigentlich wollte. Es kam nach 2 Tagen und war perfekt.


Daher: Zu Retouren kann ich nichts sagen, aber die Lieferungen erfolgten prompt und ohne falsche Farben etc. Ich kann nicht klagen.

I waited for my refund (of more than 250€) from Jun 27 until Aug 14. They only refunded me after I sent several email reminders, opened a conflict with PayPal and told the Customer Service I had contacted a lawyer. Their hotline has never connected me to a human and I do not think it is meant to do that. I just gives a recorded message that all lines are busy and then disconnects the call.
When I informed Verbraucherschutz e.V., their data protection officer Dr. Frank Heftrich himself responded with an apology, stating that I got my refund now. I cannot decide if they are simply extremely slow or a proper scam. In any case, I would not order there again, even if I were to keep my purchase. If you ever need anything from this company beyond the delivery of the goods, then you are out of luck.

No compren nada a este atajo de ladrones, pierden el tiempo mirando en su web las super ofertas que parecen que tienen, es todo una estafa, no pierdan ni un minuto en su página hágame caso, son la empresa más incompetente que he visto en mi vida. No van a recibir nunca nada, son estafadores. Tengo pruebas en todos los correos que me han enviado, siempre diciéndome lo mismo, que había demoras.
